What players say

Players praise the sandbox city-building and logistics, but the port is nearly unaltered from 1999 and suffers from extreme interface problems. Map scrolling flings you across Japan, the UI is tiny, and the game regularly freezes on Windows 10 and 11. Veterans note scenarios and character editing from console versions are missing. Most say the price is too high for a bare port.
