How it feels
A slow-burn, atmospheric horror game that mixes investigation and puzzle-solving with a noir-ish, dialogue-driven story.

What players say
Players call this a serviceable conclusion to the series, but many find it the weakest chapter: shorter, less intense and less scary than earlier games. There are effectively two endings based on one choice. The soundtrack and puzzle mechanics are consistently praised.
