About
Sonic the Hedgehog: Borderline is a ROM hack of the original 1991 Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Genesis. The project reimagines South Island through a narrative set after the events of Sonic Mania Plus, where Dr. Robotnik uses a portal and the Chaos Emeralds to build "Robotnik Land," a machine threatening to awaken an ancient monster in the Earth's core.
