Players call it a scrappy indie homage to Timesplitters, especially the first game. The campaign is short and linear, levels can be cleared in a few minutes, and the challenge modes are a highlight. The map editor and workshop support add lasting value, but the online multiplayer is empty and the rough edges around level design and enemy spawning turn some away.
