Players love the movement and gunplay but split on everything else. The story has sharply declined for long-time players and The New War quest locks you out of the main game for hours. Recent updates launch buggy and feel untested. Developer support is heavy-handed, punishing accounts for receiving illicit premium currency or gifting too much. Fashion and color theory is the real endgame for many.
