Players compare it to Heroes of Might and Magic III but say it falls short. The biggest grievance is that heroes reset to level one between campaign maps, killing any sense of progression. Combat is simplified to 8-unit squads and the AI is too weak for auto-resolve. Some praise the slavic setting and solid 10–30 hour campaign, while others find it too shallow and repetitive.
