Players praise the class variety and dungeon design but warn of pervasive RNG in leveling and loot, random difficulty spikes, and a translation that introduced new errors. The remaster fixes little from the PSP version, bugs, poor autobattle, and missing features like an arena remain, yet die-hard DRPG fans find the loop addictive if they can tolerate the jank.
