Players enjoy the freedom to tweak claw strength, speed, and prize layout, but say customers are too quick to rage and destroy machines, wiping out progress. The simulation is buggy, claws clip through floors, customers get stuck, and the penalty for a too-hard setup is severe, forcing easy machines.
