Players recognize DreamWatcher as a student project with ambition but rough edges. It has a large, non-linear map with puzzle-platforming and collectibles, but controls feel janky, the camera can jerk, and some bugs make progress impossible. The ending is underwhelming and the level design, while nice, can be confusing to navigate.
