Players say Fable Hospital has a charming concept and a fun fantasy twist on the Two Point formula, but it is buggy, unfinished, and apparently abandoned by developers who have not patched it since release. Save files randomly delete, building placement breaks, and menus are only partially translated. A few recommend it despite rough edges, but the majority call it unplayable.
