How it feels
A somber and mystical journey through a war-torn realm, blending monster-slaying with philosophical choices in a world where the line between right and wrong is blurred.

What players say
Players are deeply split. Many praise the Taoist theme and summon-based builds, but a larger group is frustrated by progression-blocking bugs, no autosave, a neglected workshop, and multiplayer rewards that only go to the host. Combat is called grindy and lackluster, especially against groups, and the removal of a karma-style morality system from the first game disappointed fans.
