How it feels
A tense but darkly funny struggle to rebuild in a zombie-infested Louisiana, where scavenging, crafting, and building a safe camp are key to surviving one more day.

What players say
Players say the graphics improved but the controls and core loops feel unchanged from the first game. The difficulty ramps steadily, and enemies become bullet-spongy as you upgrade your camp, forcing constant grinding for materials. Multiplayer is where the game shines, though without friends the solo experience can feel lonely, and online coop reportedly still doesn't work properly for some.
