Players say this is shorter than the first game and best enjoyed by those who played it. The combat is clunky and the camera is bad, but the story and lore are strong. There is a notorious difficulty spike near the end, even on easy. The game shows ambition by drawing from DMC and Kingdom Hearts but does not fully succeed.
