What happens

Lady Windermere's Fan is a 1925 American silent drama film directed by Ernst Lubitsch. The film is preserved in multiple archives. It was transferred to 16mm film by Associated Artists Productions in the 1950s for television. In 2002, it was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant."
