What happens

Blue Skies is a 1929 American Synchronized sound drama film directed by Alfred L. Werker and starring Carmencita Johnson, Freddie Burke Frederick, and Ethel Wales. While the film has no audible dialog, it was released with a synchronized musical score with sound effects using the sound-on-film Movietone process. The film is based on a short story called The Matron's Report by Frederick Hazlitt Brennan. The short story also formed the basis for 1936's Little Miss Nobody. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
