Minä ja ministeri on vuonna 1934 valmistunut suomalainen komediaelokuva, jonka on ohjannut Risto Orko apulaisohjaajanaan Topo Leistelä. Elokuva perustuu Leistelän näytelmään Kotityranni vuodelta 1934 ja hänen salanimellä Pierre Gaston Durac kirjoittamaansa näytelmään Piika jonkas minulle annoit (1926). Valjuksi ja kankeaksi komediaksi luonnehdittu elokuva on Orkon esikoisohjaus. Kriitikon mukaan parasta elokuvassa on eräät miljööt ja musiikkijaksot.
