A Japanese restaurant owner and his daughter run a popular tonkatsu shop in Tokyo's Ginza district. The Korean cook secretly loves the daughter, while she is courted by two students. She becomes upset when one student is arrested on suspicion of murder.

Le cuisinier zainichi, M. Lee, est secrètement amoureux de Yōko, mais celle-ci est également courtisée par deux étudiants, Ono et son ami Hotta.
