Næstved-kanalens indvielse, besøg i Horserødlejren med glade feriebørn, et DSU-møde og indvielsen af Lyngbys Rådhus. Bisættelsesceremonien i Forum 10. maj med deltagelse af bl.a. statsminister Vilhelm Buhl, Kong Christian X, Kronprins Frederik og Prins Knud.
