Erehtyneet sydämet on Eero Leväluoman ja Erkki Uotilan ohjaama elokuva vuodelta 1944. Se on luokiteltu arvioissa sota-ajan viihdedraamaksi. Erehtyneet sydämet on tuotantoyhtiön neljäs elokuva. Ohjaustyön pani alkuun Leväluoma, mutta työ osoittautui esikoisohjaajalle liian suureksi urakaksi ja se jäi häneltä kesken, ja sen vei loppuun Uotila.
