The catalogue in 3D

The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this film is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.

What happens

Soita minulle, Helena! on Hannu Lemisen ohjaama ja Adams Filmin tuottama suomalainen mustavalkoelokuva vuodelta 1948. Elokuva perustuu Aino Räsäsen samannimiseen romaaniin. Elokuvan ensi-ilta oli 29. lokakuuta 1948. Menestysromaanin heppoista tarinaa on käsikirjoitukseen muokattu monin osin uudestaan. Elokuvan alkuperäinen filmimateriaali tuhoutui Adams Filmin tulipalossa 1959. Pääosaa näyttelee ohjaaja Hannu Lemisen puoliso Helena Kara. Elokuva on Rauli Tuomen viimeinen elokuva, hän kuoli seuraavan vuoden helmikuussa. Finnkino julkaisi elokuvan DVD-levynä 7. kesäkuuta 2007. Elokuva on katsottavassa Elonet-internetsivustolla HD-laadulla. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
