«Начальник» — российский короткометражный художественный фильм 2009 года режиссёра Юрия Быкова. Картина выполнена в чёрно-белой стилистике и сочетает в себе элементы психологической драмы и криминального триллера. Фильм стал одной из первых заметных работ Быкова и был отмечен наградами на российском и международном кинофестивалях.
