What happens

Thunder in the East is a 1950 11-minute Canadian short documentary film directed by Douglas Tunstell and produced by Sydney Newman for the National Film Board of Canada (NFB) as part of the postwar Canada Carries On series. Thunder in the East recounts the issues which precipitated the Korean War, and of the needs of the impoverished Asian countries struggling to feed their populaces.
