It stars Salah Zulfikar as Dr. Nabil, the psychiatrist. The film features an ensemble cast that includes Nour El-Sherif, Abdel Moneim Madbouly, Samir Ghanem, Lebleba, Magda El-Khatib and Emad Hamdy.
