Niskavuoren Heta on Edvin Laineen ohjaama suomalainen mustavalkoinen draamaelokuva vuodelta 1952. Se perustuu Hella Wuolijoen saman nimiseen näytelmään. Niskavuoren Heta valmistui kolmantena Niskavuori-sarjan elokuvana. Tapahtumien aikajärjestyksessä se on toinen. Niskavuoren Heta on sarjan eräänlainen sivujuonne. Muista Niskavuori-filmatisoinneista poiketen se ulottuu usean vuosikymmenen ajalle, 1800-luvun lopulta 1920-luvulle. Suomi itsenäistyy, käy sisällis­sodan ja mittayksikötkin vaihtuvat tynnyrinaloista hehtaareiksi. Niskavuoren Hetaa on sanottu Laineen kypsimpiin kuuluvaksi ohjaustyöksi.
