Το Τρεις δραπέτες του φρενοκομείου είναι ασπρόμαυρη ελληνική κωμική ταινία του 1954 σε σενάριο και σκηνοθεσία του Τώνη Παπαδαντωνάκη. Πρωταγωνιστούν οι Κώστας Χατζηχρήστος, Τζίμης Μακούλης και Μαρία Ροζιέ. Η υπόθεση επικεντρώνεται στον Γιώργο, ο οποίος προκειμένου να κερδίσει την αγαπημένη του Τιτίκα, στήνει μια ολόκληρη επιχείρηση εναντίον του μνηστήρα της. Ωστόσο μετά από μια επίσκεψη στο φρενοκομείο του Δαφνιού, θα γίνει η αιτία για να αποδράσουν τρεις ασθενείς στους δρόμους της Αθήνας.
