قزل ارسلان فیلمی به کارگردانی و نویسندگی شاپور یاسمی ساختهٔ سال ۱۳۳۶ است. «قزل ارسلان» (پسر امیرارسلان) روزی تصویری از «ماهلقا» دختر «پاپاس شاه» را میبیند و شیفتهاش میشود. در جستوجوی او به شهری میرسد و در آنجا درمییابد که پاپاس شاه دشمن پدرش است و وقتی دست به شمشیر میشود توسط «سهیل وزیر» جادو شده و گرفتار پسر فولادزره دیو میگردد… (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
