Ei enää eilispäivää on Maunu Kurkvaaran ohjaama elokuva vuodelta 1957. Elokuvan tapahtumat sijoittuivat jatkosodan aikaan ja elokuva oli uusi täydennetty versio Kurkvaaran vuonna 1955 valmistuneesta elokuvasta Onnen saari. Kurkvaara kuvasi kesällä 1956 Lahdessa elokuvan alkuun uuden kehyskertomuksen ja rakensi elokuvan lopun uudestaan. Elokuvan uudet kohtaukset sijoittuivat sairaalaympäristöön. Elokuvan yleisömenestys oli vielä heikompi kuin alkuperäisellä Onnen saari -elokuvalla vaikka kriitikoiden mielestä elokuvan rakenne ja juoni olivatkin muutosten myötä selkeytyneet.
