How it feels
A former Pasha lives on his estate with his daughter while his son stays with his mistress in Cairo. A poor doctor lives on the estate with his daughter and her aunt, and the Pasha's daughter forms a relationship with another Pasha's son. The father travels to Cairo for eye treatment and tries to reconcile his son with the Pasha, eventually tricking the Pasha into inviting his son back.
