Cerathium tripos, Dinobryon, Synura, nisonema, Euglena, Opalina ranarum, Sovesyge-trypanosom. Resten af filmen er en blevet farvefilm, der viser Chlamydomonas og Euglena, samt Peridiné med Paramylum.
