Written, produced and directed by Delmer Daves, the film stars Troy Donahue, Claudette Colbert (in her final theatrical film role), Karl Malden, Dean Jagger, Connie Stevens, Diane McBain, Sharon Hugueny, Sylvia Miles, Madeleine Sherwood and Hayden Rorke.
