A weak-bodied student named Ashour tries to win athletic competitions at a physical education institute in order to win the heart of a beautiful girl. A mad scientist injects him with a drug that temporarily gives him super strength, while another girl secretly loves him.

عاشور قلب الأسد هو فيلم مصري من إنتاج سنة 1961، من إخراج حسين فوزي.محمود قاسم، موسوعة الأفلام الروائية في مصر والعالم العربي، الجزء الثاني، الهيئة المصرية العامة للكتاب، 2006، ص 142. عاشور (عبد السلام النابلسي) شخص ضعيف الجسم، يحاول يحاول الفوز في المباريات النهائية في معهد الرياضة البدنية للفوز بقلب فتاة جميلة (نجوى فؤاد) في المعهد. وفي المقابل هناك فتاة تحبه (زهرة العلا)، ولايدري بحبها له. يقوم عالم مجنون بحقنه عقار يكسبه قوة تساعده على كسب المباريات، لكنه يفقد تلك القوة بمجرد انتهاء مفعول ذلك العقار.
