Buchenwald ist ein Dokumentarfilm von Günter Weschke von 1961. Der Film soll einen Überblick über die Geschichte des Konzentrationslagers Buchenwald geben. Er betont dabei besonders die Bedeutung des antifaschistischen Widerstandskampfes der kommunistischen Häftlinge und die Erfüllung von deren Vermächtnis in der DDR. Auch das Wirken von Goethe und Schiller in Weimar wird gewürdigt.
