Το Ψηλά τα χέρια, Χίτλερ είναι ασπρόμαυρη ελληνική κοινωνική ταινία του 1962, σε σκηνοθεσία Ροβήρου Μανθούλη και σε σενάριο Διονύση Μήλα. Πρωταγωνιστούν οι Θανάσης Βέγγος, Βασίλης Διαμαντόπουλος, Σπύρος Καλογήρου και Μίρκα Καλατζοπούλου. Η ταινία, ουσιαστικά, αποτελεί αφήγηση δύο φίλων, που συναντιούνται ύστερα από το τέλος της Κατοχής, σε μία εκδρομή. Κατά τη διάρκεια της Κατοχής, οι δυο φίλοι, ο Παναγής και ο Ανέστης συγκατοικούν και προσπαθούν, υπό τις αφόρητες συνθήκες της περιόδου να επιβιώσουν. Παράλληλα, δεν θέλουν μπλεξίματα, ούτε με την αντίσταση, ενώ προσπαθούν να φύγουν για την Αίγυπτο. Η ταινία βραβεύτηκε από την Ένωση Κριτικών Κινηματογράφου, ως Καλύτερη Ταινία και Καλύτερο Σενάριο.
