Arivaali (transl. Genius) is a 1963 Indian Tamil language film written, produced and directed by A. T. Krishnaswamy. It is based on his play Penn Paduthum Paadu, in turn based on the William Shakespeare play The Taming of the Shrew. The film stars Sivaji Ganesan and P. Bhanumathi. It was released on 1 March 1963.
