Hıçkırık, Orhan Aksoy'un yönettiği 1965 yapımı Türk filmi. Filmin senaryosu Hamdi Değirmencioğlu tarafından yazılmıştır. Başrollerini Hülya Koçyiğit, Ediz Hun ve Kartal Tibet paylaşmıştır. Kerime Nadir'in 1936 tarihli Hıçkırık romanından yapılan ikinci uyarlamadır. İlk uyarlama, 1953 yılında Atıf Yılmaz tarafından çevrilmiştir. 1971 yılında yine Kerime Nadir'in devam romanı olan Son Hıçkırık romanından uyarlanan bir devam filmi olan Son Hıçkırık çevrilmiştir.
