Si Captain Barbell ay isang kathang-isip na karakter na superhero sa komiks mula sa Pilipinas na nilikha ng manunulat na si Mars Ravelo at tagaguhit na si Jim Fernandez. Ang kanyang mga katangian ay katulad ng mga Amerikanong superhero na sina Superman, Captain Marvel, at Thor ngunit binatay ni Ravelo ang kuwento ng kanyang pinagmulan kay Captain America. Una siyang lumabas sa Pinoy Komiks #5 noong Mayo 23, 1963). Katulad ni Darna, mayroon din siyang ibang katauhan sa pangalang Tenteng, isang payatin, mahina at hikaing tao na ang tanging pangarap ay maging malakas at maskulado.
