501 Numaralı Hücre, Nusret Eraslan'ın senaryosunu yazdığı ve yönettiği 1967 yapımı aksiyon-macera filmidir. Cüneyt Gökçer ve Ayten Gökçer'in başrollerinde yer aldığı film Mehmet Altunbay'ın aynı adlı eserinden uyarlanmıştır. 6 Nisan 1969 tarihinde vizyona girdi. Yaklaşık üç saat süren filmin çekimleri on ay sürdü. Azerbaycanlı bir Türk subayının Sovyetler Birliği rejiminde dönemin Bakü Hava Okulu Uçuş Birliği komutanı iken, kendisini hazmedemeyen KGB'nin sudan bahanelerle idam ferması çıkartması sonucu, iki arkadaşı ile birlikte Türkiye'ye kaçmasını konu almaktadır.
