After a bank robbery, a group of thieves gathers in a villa to split a haul of diamonds. The owner is dead and his wife Anna takes charge, but each person has a key to the safe holding the jewels. When a key goes missing, the characters start dying one by one.

Una jena in cassaforte è un film del 1968 diretto da Cesare Canevari. Dopo una rapina in una banca, gli autori si ritrovano nella villa per spartirsi un bottino di diamanti. Il padrone di casa è però morto e a farne le veci è la moglie Anna. Tra i convenuti ci sono Albert, il silenzioso Klaus, il duro Steve, Karina, che agisce per conto del proprio uomo braccato dalla polizia, e Juan.
