Ang bahay kubo (Ingles: nipa hut) o kubo ay isang kalimitang bahay sa Pilipinas. Kinikilala ang bahay kubo bilang pambansang bahay ng Pilipinas. Ito ay yari sa lokal na mga materyales; ang dingding nito ay kadalasang yari sa kawayan, kahoy, kogon o pawid, at ang bubong sa dahon ng nipa o anahaw. Angkop ito laban sa hangin at ulan, dahil magaan ito at kung masira man ay madaling palitan. Ang bahay kubo ay ang kauna-unahang bahay ng mga katutubong Pilipino bago dumating ang mga Espanyol. Madalas na makikita ito sa bukirin na may iba't-ibang kaanyuan ng kayarian ayon sa nais ng iba't-ibang kagawian sa bansa. Napapasailalim ang bahay kubo sa kayariang Austronesyo.
