『ジェットF104脱出せよ』（ジェットエフひゃくよんだっしゅつせよ）は、1968年（昭和43年）3月9日公開の日本のアクション映画。製作・配給は大映、実制作は大映東京撮影所。村山三男監督。カラー、大映スコープ。上映時間は87分。 航空自衛隊のパイロットとなるべく厳しい訓練に臨む若き自衛官たちの姿を描く。航空自衛隊が撮影に全面協力しており、劇中に登場する航空機は全て実物が使用されている。当時の日本映画としては珍しい、本格的な航空映画であった。 同時上映は*『陸軍中野学校 開戦前夜』（井上昭監督）。 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
