Buruk Acı, yönetmenliğini Nejat Saydam'ın üstlendiği, 1969 yılı yapımı bir filmdir. Dönemin gelişme şartları içinde renkli film çekimlerinin yeni yerine oturmaya başladığı süreçte "tamamen renkli" afiş duyurusuyla tanıtılan filmin senaryo yazarlığı, yönetmen Saydam ve başrol oyuncusu Türkân Şoray tarafından yapılmış.
