Slávnosť v botanickej záhrade je slovenský film nakrútený režisérom Elom Havettom z roku 1969. Farebná féria o potrebe zázraku v ľudskom živote. Takto znie už zaužívaný, neoficiálny, večne citovaný, ale stále aktuálny podtitul filmu. Je to rozprávanie o bláznivej západo-slovenskej dedinke, „ktorej obyvatelia sú nielen výrobcami ale do veľkej miery aj nadšenými a usilovnými konzumentmi svojho vlastného produktu – vína. Tento „modus vivendi“ samozrejme navodzuje aj príslušnú atmosféru vo filme.“ Dedinu navštívi potulný muzikant a „samozvaný Francúz“ Pierre. Prišiel, aby zvestoval potrebu zázraku, radosti a šťastia v živote človeka.
