A man named Gianni struggles with an Oedipus complex that prevents him from having a normal romantic life. He falls in love with a woman who works in a brothel and marries her, but when she returns to her former lifestyle he becomes desperate, commits a massacre, and kills himself.

What happens

Edipeon est un film dramatique italien réalisé par Lorenzo Artale et sorti en 1970. Gianni, rongé par un complexe d'Œdipe, lutte pour avoir une vie sentimentale et sexuelle normale. Puis il tombe enfin amoureux et décide de se marier, bien que l'élue travaille dans une maison close.
