It was directed by Sergio Pastore and written by Pastore, Alessandro Continenza, and Giovanni Simonelli. Sette scialli di seta gialla stars Anthony Steffen, Sylva Koscina, Jeannette Len, Renato De Carmine, Giacomo Rossi-Stuart, and Umberto Raho.
