How it feels
A young unemployed graduate lands a job as a concierge in a luxury building. Using charm and cunning, he becomes essential to the tenants and marries a wealthy woman, but he cheats on her. The ending is bittersweet: he achieves success but feels no love for anyone, and a younger concierge who looks like his twin arrives.

Le Concierge est un film français réalisé par Jean Girault et sorti en 1973. Christophe Merignac, jeune diplômé de l'ESCP et titulaire d'une licence de droit, mais toujours au chômage, obtient un emploi de concierge dans un immeuble de luxe. Utilisant charme et ruse il se rend indispensable. Il fera fortune et épousera une jeune, jolie et riche locataire, qu'il trompera allègrement.
