Gæstearbejdere er en dansk spillefilm fra 1974. Filmen er instrueret af Voja Miladinovic og musikken er skrevet af Povl Dissing. Jugoslaven Voja Miladinovic brugte filmens fiktive historie til at skildre det voldsomme kultursammenstød, han selv kendte så godt.
