A Pacemaker and a Sidecar (French: L'Eau chaude, l'eau frette, lit. "Hot Water, Cold Water") is a Canadian black comedy film, directed by André Forcier and released in 1976. The movie stars Jean Lapointe, Guy L'Écuyer, Sophie Clément, Louise Gagnon, Réjean Audet and Albert Payette.
