Februar 1978, die Erstausstrahlung am 11. Oktober 1979 im ZDF. Der Filmtitel ist eine ironische Anspielung auf das 1965 von Margot Honecker als Volksbildungsministerin der DDR geprägte Erziehungsziel der „allseitig und harmonisch entwickelten sozialistischen Persönlichkeit“.
