In 1984, a man named Giovanni falls into a coma after an accident at a political funeral. He wakes up many years later to find the world has changed drastically. His former girlfriend Flavia, now married to his friend Tommaso, reveals that she was pregnant at the time of his accident and that he is the real father of her daughter.

Nel 1984, al funerale di Enrico Berlinguer, Giovanni ha un incidente e finisce in coma; si risveglia dopo molti anni in un mondo totalmente cambiato.
