Special Treatment (Serbian: Посебан третман, translit. Poseban tretman) is a 1980 Yugoslavian drama film directed by Goran Paskaljević. It was entered into the 1980 Cannes Film Festival where Milena Dravić won the award for Best Supporting Actress.
